For this reason this year we have inaugurated “Bake Off Asia” which includes a showroom where you can admire our models on display, a kitchen where to organize cooking demo specifically for customers and stock for spare parts.

In this way we guarantee a constant help for the customers at the same time zone.

Small, compact, very easy to use thanks to the mechanical controls and extremely ductile to all types of kitchens thanks to the tray holders, which can be adapted to the GN1/1 format for gastronomy and 60×40 for bakery.

Our bakers and confectioners will perform in a bakery show, demonstrating the perfect and uniform cooking results of the Bake Off ovens!

Bake Off Italiana was present with the professional line for bread and pastry, great protagonist of a fantastic live Bakery show directed nothing less than the Dutch Peter Bienefeld, world Bakery champion 2018 with the assistance of our company baker from Italy; great turnout of the public and a lot of satisfaction for the company that is increasingly consolidating the Bakery leadership in Asia.

Bake Off staff in collaboration with Milano fiere made the event became a success either for the turnout of interested and potential customers and for the concrete business opportunities with partners from all over the world.

Bake Off has organized this year a double “live demo” that has attracted a lot of interest from the visitors, beside our tested cooking show, led by our expert chefs, we did a Baking and pastry show as well, to delighting the public with exquisite pastry recipes, proving that Bake Off professional ovens are nothing short of perfect for delicate cooking without neglecting the ductility to the product during cooking.
